Returns/Exchanges

We do not accept returns. Exchanges will be considered on a case by case basis and must be brought to our attention within 14 days of when you receive your items.

Additional non-returnable/exchangeable items:
Yarn of the Month Club, Secret Semi Solid Club, Advent Calendars, custom orders, sale items.

You will be responsible for paying for return shipping as well as shipping of the new item to you. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
